GammaSite offers a powerful and well-documented API, which allows you to easily integrate GammaWare into your content production environment. Editorial systems can become "clients" of the GammaWare server, transmitting documents to the server, and receiving categorization results. All communications take place in eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
- Supports C++, Java, COM and .NET.
- Uses your existing security configuration. The GammaWare server never stores any of your documents: It simply receives requests and sends categorization results. This means GammaWare poses no security risk, and you are free to continue using your existing security scheme.
- High availability and scalability. For mission-critical applications, more than one GammaWare server can operate in parrallel, ensuring round-the-clock availability. With multiple servers, the system can handle larger trees with thousands of categories, or very large quantities of documents.
